A buffer belt on which potted plants are collected was made for this client. A buffer conveyor is used to collect large numbers of pots and to make sure the clearing process is uninterrupted. The pots are buffered in an efficient way, for example, by transporting them quickly and easily using a potting fork or forklift. Buffers are available in various sizes and can be equipped with a load pusher and/or discharge conveyer belt. A buffer conveyor combined with a load pusher ensures that the pots are collected on a pre-collection conveyer. After the set number of pots is reached, they are then shifted onto the conveyor. The buffer conveyor then moves up one row. Various programmes can be set and stored via the touch screen.
