Martin Stolze produces customized packaging lines. These efficient and ergonomic packaging lines are specially designed for the repacking of fruit and vegetables. Both the supply and removal of the bulk packaging and the punnets can be fully automated. Many configurations are possible; work tables on one side, both sides or adapted to the space and working method. The work tables can be fitted with, for example, weighing scales (including registration), various platforms and lighting as desired. With these systems you move the product, but not your employees. This can save a lot of time! By using the conveyor belts and roller conveyors, all activities are centralized, which means that the movements of the employees are minimized. Due to the ergonomic workplace, the focus of the employees is fully on the efficient packaging of the product.
Complete solutions
An example, shown in the photo, is a tailor-made packing line for (soft) fruit. This packaging line is equipped with work tables with integrated scales and lighting. The conveyor belt for the discharge of the packaged product is connected to a top-sealing machine, followed by a labeling application. Such machines are supplied and installed by specialized parties who, together with Martin Stolze, forge it into one working system. The scales in this packing line are linked to a registration system. This provides quick insight into the overweight or underweight of the packaging and the work performance of the employees.
