Packaging line for sweet pointed peppers

We installed a packaging line for Vergo Kwekerijen (Leo Uijtdewilligen) in Meer (Belgium), which grows sweet pointed peppers, among other things.
The supply and clearing of the line are divided over four levels:
- At the top the clearing of empty harvest crates.
- Underneath that, the supply of full harvest crates.
- At the work level of the 14 work and weighing tables, a clearing conveyer belt for loose products to the flowpack machine.
- And at the bottom, a clearing conveyer belt for peppers in cone bags sent to a rotary table.
The line is fully equipped with LRE scales and a counting system per workspace so more insight is gained into the amounts processed.
